If L and R are not pairing with each other on the 7PODS 2.0 wireless earphones, follow the below steps to RESET the earbuds - <br /> <br />1. Take out both earbuds from the case <br /> <br />2. Manually power off both by pressing both L and R earphone for 4 seconds, you will hear voice ‘power off’ <br /> <br />3. Now reset by pressing both L and R earphones for 4-5 seconds, you will hear voice ‘power on’ (keep pressing) then ‘pairing’ (keep pressing), until you hear 'dudu dudu' sound twice. Now both earphones are reset and powered off. <br /> <br />4. Put back earphones in the charging case. <br /> <br />5. Takeout L earphone (don't pair with phone yet) and then R earphone, wait for 5 sec until R earphone pairing lights (blue and red LED flashing) go away.Now R is paired with L. <br /> <br />6. Turn on phone BT and Connect to "7PODS 2.0" in phone.
