Keeping at least 3 feet apart and wearing face masks and eye protection are the best ways to cut the risk of COVID-19.<br />The recommendation comes following the largest review to date of studies on coronavirus transmission.<br />In a review from 172 studies, researchers found frequent handwashing and good hygiene are also critical to cut the risk.<br />Researchers caution that while all those measures combined can help, they do not give full protection.<br />Globally there have been over 6.3 million cases of novel coronavirus and a death toll of 377,560.
