법원 일본 강제징용 기업 자산압류 결정문 공시송달<br /><br />A local court has decided to deliver public notice on its ruling last year to seize the Korean assets of Japanese steelmaker Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal over Tokyo's wartime forced labor of South Koreans.<br />This means the court will consider that its ruling has been delivered to the company, which has not been responding.<br />The delivery of public notice will go into effect on August 4th.<br />South Korea's Supreme Court ordered the Japanese company to compensate four South Koreans for their forced labor and unpaid work during World War Two.<br />The firm refused to comply with the ruling and the plaintiffs requested an asset seizure.<br />Japan's foreign ministry received the legal document but did not act on it.<br />
