Occurred on June 1, 2020 / Hutchins, Texas, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "This happened as I was heading home Southbound on I-45. A commercial truck tire on a trailer exploded, sending debris everywhere. The entire event was captured on high-quality video via my Cobra Road Scout radar detector/dashcam combo."
