This is the terrifying moment two wild elephants charged a safari vehicle full of tourists in northern Sri Lanka. <br /><br />The incident took place at the Minneriya National Park in North Central Province on June 4th.<br /><br />According to reports, a group of safari-goers was travelling through the park when they noticed a herd of wild elephants in the distance.<br /><br />It was almost dark with not many vehicles around, they said.<br /><br />Suddenly, two of the elephants charged at the jeep and gave chase.<br /><br />Fortunately, the driver of the jeep managed to speed away before the jumbos could do any damage.
