Bhindi or Lady’s finger or Okra is a great source of nutrients, it even aids in weight loss and controls blood sugar levels.It improves digestion as well. And therefore whenever I feel like munching on something crunchy and crispy, I make this Bhindi Kurkuri .<br />It is an easy recipe where Bhindi or Ladies Finger is coated with a gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and chaat masala powder.It is then fried on hot oil till they become crunchy.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients<br /><br />Bhindi 400 Grams<br />Besan / Gram Flour 3 tbsp<br />Chawal Ka Atta / Rice Flour 1 tsp<br />Ajwain / Carom seeds⅓ tsp<br />Haldi Turmeric⅓ tsp <br />Red Chilli Powder½ tsp<br />Amchur / Dried Mango powder ⅓ tsp<br />Jeera powder / Cumin powder½ tsp<br />Dhania powder / Coriander powder½ tspGaram Masala¼ tsp<br />Oil for frying<br />Salt as per your taste.<br /><br /><br />Procedure<br />1. Cut the bhendi in four part<br />2. In the bowl add all dry ingredients <br />3. Add okra in it and dry coat it.<br />4. Then add water littel by little till it become thick batter and coat the bhindi .<br />5 . Heat oil on low mediu flame and fry in batch. Don't let it brown<br />6 . Rest the fried bhendii then heat the oil on high flame and add the pre fried okra in it .
