In New York City, it's a tale of two types of small business as some are planning their re-opening as the COVID-19 restrictions ease in the hardest-hit city in America on June 8.<br /><br />Looting has hurt businesses greatly that lost revenue.<br /><br />"There is nothing left inside,” said Yogesh Shaneil, a store owner. <br /><br />"Some people go beyond extreme. If we are protesting we are protesting, we don’t have to break people’s place of business," said another store owner. <br /><br />Other businesses that survived are planning to reopen amid the pandemic.
