Ecuadorians took to streets across the country on Monday (June 8) to protest against the government's handling of the coronavirus crisis. <br /><br />The protesters also demonstrated against the devastating effect the coronavirus crisis had on the country's economy. <br /><br />Footage filmed the capital Quito shows thousands attempting to march to the presidential palace before being stopped by police.
