Joe Biden has not named a running mate as yet.<br />Senator Amy Klobuchar is still in the running for the job.<br />The NY Post Klobuchar ranks her 6th on the list to become Biden's running mate.<br />Klobuchar and Biden are staunch moderates with a history of reaching across the political aisle.<br />The two also got to know each other during the 2020 Democratic primary.<br />Klobuchar argued against overly progressive proposals like “Medicare for all.”<br />The Minnesota senator was officially approached by Biden’s camp in May, according to CBS News.<br />She has been undergoing the rigorous vetting process since.<br />Given recent questions about her criminal justice record during her tenure as a prosecutor Klobuchar is a longshot for the job.
