외교부 차관보, 코로나 국면 이후 첫 해외출장... UAE와 기업인 신속입국 논의<br /><br />South Korea is looking cautiously at resuming face to face diplomacy with other countries.<br />Seoul's Deputy Minister for Political Affairs, Kim Gunn, is leaving for the United Arab Emirates this weekend... to discuss bilateral cooperation... and setting up a fast-track entry system for business people from both countries.<br />The UAE is the first country to which South Korea exported COVID-19 test kits.<br />This is the first time a senior South Korean diplomat has gone abroad since COVID-19 became a global pandemic.<br />Kim's team will be tested for the virus before they leave South Korea and after they arrive in the UAE... and will strictly abide by quarantine measures.<br />
