이재용 부회장 검찰수사심의위 개최키로<br /><br />Now the latest on the legal battle of Samsung Group's de facto leader and heir... under investigation for crimes allegedly committed in his succession to the company's leadership.<br />A panel of 15 ordinary citizens appointed by the prosecution... has decided that there needs to be a review of the probe and whether it's necessary and fair by a panel of outside experts.<br />This outside review system was set up two years ago as a check on the prosecution's powers.<br />Once the review committee is formed, it'll take about two weeks to do its review... and issue an opinion on whether an indictment for Lee Jae-yong would be valid.<br />Their opinion is not legally binding, but experts say it will have some influence.<br />
