As President Trump heads into a face-to-face showdown with former Vice President Joe Biden, he’s been looking to increase his popularity with black voters. Former At-Large DC City Councilman Michael Brown says he isn’t buying it. <br /> <br />“Let's talk policy,” Brown told Zenger. “I don't know really what outreach he's done relative to policy that helps people of color.” <br /> <br />“Now, he claims what he's done with the African-American unemployment rate, and I'm not suggesting that's not true relative to the numbers,” he said. “But that started with the previous president of President Obama. <br /> <br />“I guess we'll have to see what the numbers look like after November,” said Brown. “But I don't see much real outreach except just to say ‘I'm doing outreach.’”
