A doting cat owner gives his pet its own mini-electric fan to cool off in the summer heat.<br /><br />Footage shows the kitten slumped on the floor in front of the cute fan in Surat Thani, southern Thailand on May 21.<br /><br />Dutch Martin Roest recorded the video of his cat named Neko at the bar lounge.<br /><br />He said: "I am happy every time I see my lady cat gets cooling. I want her to be comfortable."
