The novel coronavirus COVID-19 has shuttered businesses around the world, including fitness clubs.<br />But according to Business Insider, Pelotons aren't the only workout equipment in high demand as people turn to working out at home.<br />On Amazon, a pair of neoprene-coated dumbbells has risen to the top ranks of best sellers in the sports and outdoor category.<br />What's more, every weight category of dumbbells, from one pound to twenty pounds, has already sold out.<br />And while workout wear Lululemon reported an overall drop in sales, it did see a healthy increase in online orders.<br />Experts say the demand is likely to remain steady for some time.<br />We expect accelerated consumer gravitation toward fitness/wellness apparel in the wake of COVID-19.
