홍남기 "정부, 1천억달러 해외 대형 프로젝트 수주 지원 추진할 것"<br /><br />South Korea aims to win 100-billion U.S. dollars of overseas contracts within two years,... centered around large scale construction projects.<br />The government has selected 30 major projects to focus on this year.<br />Details haven't yet been revealed, but sources expect those to include building roads in Bangladesh or taking part in the construction of a new city in Myanmar.<br />The government say it will provide more than 12 billion dollars of financial support for the large scale projects.<br />Korea's construction industry hopes this will help it recover from the recent drop in overseas demand due to the coronavirus pandemic.<br />
