Cool timelapse footage shows a Vietnamese baker creating a lotus flower and fish-themed cake using a 3D gelatin technique.<br /><br />Baker, Thu Van, from Kontum recorded herself using a syringe with a needle attached to shape the creation.<br /><br />The technique allows the patterns to be drawn inside of the cake with great care and precision.<br /><br />This particular work of art took Thu Van around an hour to create on May 12.
