A 14-year-old cyclist was captured holding onto the back of a truck to be dragged along a road in southern China.<br /><br />The video was filmed in the city of Qingyuan in Guangdong Province and provided by local police on May 6.<br /><br />According to reports, police have found the teen named Liu holding onto the back of the truck for multiple times this year.<br /><br />Police informed Liu and his parents to go to the police station and told Liu off.
