Two missing kittens rescued from 150ft deep well

This is the heartwarming moment two missing kittens were rescued from a 150ft deep well in Chonburi, eastern Thailand.<br /><br />The owner of the cats was searching for them when he heard soft cat cries from a deep hole and contacted the rescuers for help on Tuesday afternoon (June 11).<br /><br />They rushed to the scene and looked into the well and saw two kittens holding on to a drum to keep themselves from drowning.<br /><br />Footage shows the rescuers tying a basket with a rope and lowering it down for the hapless kitten to enter before slowly pulling the felines up one by one.<br /><br />Both drenched kittens, shocked and exhausted, were finally brought up after two hours.<br /><br />The relieved owner Adirek Tilarak, 30, said he started to worry after his cats Namtan and Dum were missing for the night.<br /><br />He said: "Normally, these two playful kittens would be around the house every evening but yesterday I had not seen them playing.<br /><br />"This morning when I had not seen them again I started to walk around looking for them then I heard their cries from the well.<br /><br />"I looked down there and saw them struggling in the water so I called the rescue team because the well is so deep and I did not know how to retrieve them."
