통일부, "北, 응분의 책임을 져야할 것...추가적인 상황악화조치를 중단할 것"<br /><br />Seoul's Unification Ministry has said that North Korea's recent statement has returned the inter-Korean relationship to back before their first ever summit.<br />The Vice Minister of Unification, Suh Ho , in a press conference on Thursday, expressed the ministry's deepest pity over the statement on Wednesday by the General Staff of the North's Korean People's Army.<br />He said Seoul has worked in various fields to improve inter-Korean cooperation such as looking into allowing individual tours to the North and visits to the Gaeseong Industrial Complex by business owners.<br />The vice-minister added that North Korea will be responsible for the deteriorating relationship and urged Pyeongyang not to take measures that could worsen the situation.<br /><br />
