This was the shocking moment a driver rammed their vehicle into a crowd of protesters in Portland, Oregon on June 17.<br /><br />Footage shows protesters on SW 3rd Ave when a car drives into the crowd.<br /><br />An altercation involving a water bottle occurred moments before resulting in an argument with protesters and in response, a male went to his car and drove into the crowd.<br /><br />Daniel Salters who livestreamed the protest and incident said: "A woman threw a water bottle at people...Protesters argue with the woman and a male who approaches. <br /><br />"The male runs away and then returns driving into protesters. <br /><br />"I assume he is going back to possibly pick up the woman who threw the bottle, and then takes off when he realises she wasn't going to get in the car. <br /><br />"He then circles the block and then drives off."
