Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden will discuss plans to safely reopen a US economy ravaged by the coronavirus pandemic.<br />Reuters reports Biden will speak on the issue when he visits the election battleground of Pennsylvania on Wednesday for the third time this month.<br />The former vice president in the Obama administration will meet business owners in a Philadelphia suburb.<br />A campaign aide says Biden will then deliver a speech suggesting that President Donald Trump 'has no plan besides hanging an ‘open for business’ sign.'<br />Still, 43% of registered voters said they thought Trump would do a better job with the economy than Biden. 38% said Biden would be better.
