A steelworker in San Fransisco captured the eerie whistling noise generated by newly installed handrails on the Golden Gate Bridge.<br /><br />The filmer told Newsflare: "New sidewalk barriers were to help with wind resistance but the engineers didn’t take into account the extreme sounds they make when wind passes through it."<br /><br />This footage was filmed on June 5.
