Parts of Lagos, Nigeria are flooded causing havoc for locals.<br /><br />"The video is about a flood that happened in my area in Lagos on June 18. We had long hours of rain over a couple of days and when I woke up in the morning to go to work, the whole street was flooded," the filmer told Newsflare.
