This is the heart-stopping moment a cyclist was inches from being knocked over when he rode out in front of an oncoming truck.<br /><br />The man emerged from a side road on the national highway in Binh Phuoc in Ho chi Minh City, Vietnam.<br /><br />Dash cam footage shows how he ambled over to the right hand lane forcing the lorry the lorry driver to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. <br /><br />The cyclist then rode away in a care-free manner back to the roadside.<br /><br />The driver, Nguyen Tat Cong, is heard in the video shouted angrily at the cyclist.<br /><br />Speaking after, he said: "The man on the bike is so reckless he was not even scared to get hit. He carried on like nothing had happened.''
