Solar eclipse in S. Korea to start at 3:53 PM on Sunday

오늘 해 절반 가려지는 부분일식…다음은 10년 뒤에나<br /><br />On this Sunday, much of the world will see the solar eclipse,... with the moon blocking out around half of the sun.<br />The eclipse can be seen in West Africa and Asia.<br />In central West Africa, China and Taiwan, in particular, it will look like a ring of fire the moon blocking out the center of the sun.<br />In South Korea,... according to the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute,... the eclipse will start at 3:53 PM.<br />It will reach its maximum at 5:02, with about 45 percent of the sun blocked out, and end a little after 6 PM.<br />Skies will be clear nationwide, so it should be easy to see.<br />If you miss this one, though, you'll have to wait ten years in South Korea to see the next one.<br />But be careful, because looking directly into the sun can damage your eyes.<br />Be sure to use a solar filter... or special glasses.<br />
