Festival-goers in Paris were escorted away from the road to allow traffic to pass on Quai de Valmy in the 10th arrondissement on June 21.<br /><br />Footage shows police in full riot gear dispersing the crowd, some went with no problem but a minority were arrested.<br /><br />Parisians were observing “Fete de la Musique” (Music Day) and authorities and police were making sure attendees practised social distancing.
