This is the amazing moment baby alligators do the "death roll" to tear off meat from fish scraps in a pond in Louisiana.<br /><br />Onlooker Dana McCuller filmed the ferocious young reptiles learning how to subdue their prey on June 8. <br /><br />She said: ''My neighbour went fishing and after cleaning the fish, he threw the scraps into pond."<br /><br />She watched silently as the fearsome babies sang their teeth into their lunch and then spun rapidly to tear off chunks off flesh.<br /><br />The "death roll" is a spinning maneuver done by alligators and crocodiles on their prey to subdue and dismember prey.
