Dalgona coffee:<br />Ingredients;<br />3 Tbsp of Instant Coffee<br />3 Tbsp of Hot Water<br />3 Tbsp of Granulated Sugar (more or less, totally up to you) <br />Chocolate ice cubes: as required (optional)<br />1/8 tsp of Good Vanilla Sugar or extract <br />Pinch of Cinnamon<br />2 Cups of Milk of choice, sweet or unsweetened hot or cold over chocolate ice <br />cubes.<br />Chocolate powder:optional <br />Directions;<br /><br /> Rims glass with chocolate and nuts , dip the rim of a serving glass in melted chocolate ensuring that the entire rim gets well coated. Immediately dip frosting-covered rim in sprinkle nuts Set prepared glass aside until needed,repeat with remaining glasses .<br /><br />In a small bowl, add the water, coffee, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, using a handheld electric whisk, whip until the mixture develops of a thick, voluminous caramel consistency, fill glasses with chocolate ice cubes pour milk ( I used sweet milk) add whipped coffee and stir , dollop on top the milk , sprinkle chocolate <br />powder and serve.
