This was the moment two "'plainclothes officers" jumped out of a black jeep to chase after a man in West Haven, Connecticut. <br /><br />The incident, which happened on May 21, shows a man struggling get his bike running after stopping at a red light. Moments later a black jeep pulls over and two men jump out of the vehicle, sending the biker running. <br /><br />The filmer told Newsflare: "While I was sitting at a red light a man on a dirt bike came from behind me and pulled out in front of me. I noticed his bike stall a couple times. <br /><br />"After the second time you can see a black unmarked jeep also pulls from behind me and in front of me and somewhat sneak up on the guy on the dirt bike. <br /><br />"Two men hopped out of the jeep and proceeded to chase the man on the dirt bike. I later found out the men in the jeep were plainclothes officers. The man was eventually caught."
