While visiting my cousins in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia, my son came running inside and excitedly told me about a magpie (Black and White Australian Bird)trapped in the children's playground.<br />Silly me gave my phone to one of the kids to film it and as you can see from the footage they didn't do a very good job filming it! Although they filmed the poor magpie stuck, they failed to properly film the rescue.<br />We don't how the magpie got stuck, but without help it would have died. <br />To rescue it one of the kids slid the magpie upwards where it was able to fly away unharmed.<br />I was upset that they did not film the rescue properly.
