A powerful 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck southern Mexico on Tuesday (June 23) leaving six people dead.<br /><br />Footage filmed in Mexico City show residents screaming as a building is seen shaking during the earthquake. A woman is heard shouting: "Don't scream, don't scream."<br /><br />The earthquake hit the south of country but was felt more than 400 miles away in Mexico City.
