A 17-year-old is brought to tears as he asks his stepdad to adopt him.<br /><br />Donzell Powell, from Suffolk, Virginia, was surprised by Keon Wiggins, who reads a letter he penned to Powell, before getting emotional and unable to hold back tears.<br /><br />Wiggins can be heard asking: “Where do I start? I love you with everything in me.<br /><br />"You’re my dad, my father, my OG, my mentor, you’re everything to me. <br /><br />“I thank god that you met my mom and did not give up on her or me. It takes a different kind of man to accept the responsibility that you did.<br /><br />“If it was not for you, I promise you I’d either be in jail or dead. You saved my mother and I. You blessed me with a happy life.<br /><br />"I want you to adopt me as your own.
