Twenty-one-year-old Jah'Sean Hodge was shot and killed by a police officer in St. Cloud, Florida on May 5. <br /><br />The incident happened after St. Cloud police department believed Hodge was involved the stabbing of a 9-year-old girl.<br /><br />Since then the family of the 9-year-old stabbing victim have come forward saying St.Cloud police have killed the wrong man and Hodge, the girl's uncle, was actually trying to protect her. <br /><br />Footage filmed on June 5, one month after the death of the 21-year-old, shows Hodge's mother at the scene of her son's killing. <br /><br />Hodge's mother explains: "I haven't heard anything. They won't release the autopsy report because they say this is an ongoing investigation. Right now, I am just in limbo waiting to find out what happened." <br /><br />Officer Devin Dunn, who discharged his firearm, has been placed on administrative leave.
