About 500 protesters occupied a large area just outside New York City Hall for the second night in the row on Wednesday. (June 24)<br /><br />Protesters are saying they will stay at least until the NYPD is defunded by $1 billion.<br /><br />The budget hearing is on June 30th and they hope that this movement can and will sustain until then.
