This was the bizarre moment a group of bagpipes were spotted giving a performance in an obscure location under a motorway flyover in Woodford, northeast London.<br /><br />Filmed on June 26, the footage shows the group of musicians as pedestrians walk past.<br /><br />The filmer said: "[It was] a strange sight to find during the summer heatwave, a collection of Bagpipers practising under a motorway flyover."
