ECB 총재 "코로나19 경제위기 최저점 지나…이전으로 못돌아가"<br /><br />President of the European Central Bank Christine Lagarde says that the world might have passed the worst of the COVID-19 crisis, but a return to the status quo is unlikely.<br />Speaking during the online Northern Light Summit on Friday, she added that the recovery is going to be incomplete and transformational as there could be a second wave of COVID-19.<br />She said the ECB will come up with an effective fiscal stimulus to stabilize the European economy.<br />Last Friday, Lagarde estimated there would be an 8-point-7 percent contraction of growth in 2020.<br />
