This is the touching moment a mother set up a surprise graduation ceremony for her second daughter after the school activity was cancelled due to coronavirus restrictions.<br /><br />Mother Shelly Cruz Nocon, 42, said she and her eldest daughter had planned about it because they feel bad for the younger daughter Shinley, 17.<br /><br />She said: "We just want her to experience graduating even if it is inside our house.
