"EU, 입국 허용국 명단 합의 접근…한국 등 15개국 포함"<br /><br />Countries in the EU have been banning all non-essential travel from countries outside the bloc since mid-May.<br />But European Union diplomats have agreed on a provisional list of countries whose citizens will be allowed to enter the EU starting July 1st.<br />There are 15 countries on the list, including South Korea, Canada, Japan and Australia, but excluding the U.S. and Russia.<br />The list still needs to be approved by the governments of the EU member states.<br />As the list was being drafted, EU officials said the criteria would include how well countries have managed the virus, and whether the country has banned travelers from EU countries.<br />
