미 대법원, 루이지애나 '낙태 제한법' 제동<br /><br />U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts has sided with the liberal justices on the Supreme Court to strike down a controversial abortion law in Louisiana dubbed the most watched abortion case in decades.<br />In a 5-to-4 decision Monday, the Supreme Court ruled that Louisiana's efforts to restrict access to abortion were unconstitutional.<br />Previously, the law barred doctors from performing abortions unless they had admitting privileges at a nearby hospital.<br />The latest ruling is a further blow to President Trump, after the Supreme Court ruled against his administration's attempt to remove immigration protections for undocumented immigrants brought to the country as minors.<br />
