A newly laid pipeline broke and sent huge jets of water 40ft into the air along the Davanagere- Harihara road in Karnataka, India on June 25.<br /><br />Nearby traffic was affected until workers from the irrigation department managed to turn off the water. <br /><br />The pipeline was carrying water from Tungabhadra river to fill 22 tanks in nearby villages.<br /><br />burst water pipeline firing huge jets of drinking water many feet into the air.
