Cebu City remains under ECQ, Metro Manila under GCQ

President Rodrigo Duterte has retained the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) classification in Cebu City and general community quarantine (GCQ) to Metro Manila during the his public address aired late Tuesday.<br />
