A river that runs through the area of East Jakarta in Indonesia's capital has become an unlikely tourist attraction as it produces a thick layer of foam.<br /><br />Drone footage from July 1 shows the foamy river under artificial light from an above bridge.<br /><br />Visitors are also seen on the bridge and the riverbank, despite it being nighttime.<br /><br />The dugout discharges wastewater from the city's eastern suburbs.
