There has been speculation that presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is suffering from cognitive decline.<br />During a press conference, his first in months, Biden was asked by a reporter if he had been tested for “cognitive decline.”<br />According to the Hill, Biden became enraged said “I’ve been tested.
