A journalist in Hong Kong was seen being pummeled by the police's water cannon during a security law protest on July 1.<br /><br />Footage shows the highly visible member of the press run across the street with a camera in hand as a second water cannon is deployed sending them flying.<br /><br />Part of the national security law sees subversion to the Central Government punishable with life imprisonment.<br /><br />The incident took place in the Wan Chai district.
