Tiles fell off a building and hit a car seconds after a man ran past in northern China.<br /><br />The video, filmed in the city of Harbin in Heilongjiang Province on June 28, shows a man suddenly turning around as a small stone dropped down behind him before running away quickly.<br /><br />After around three seconds, a large number of tiles fell off a tall building and struck a car parked below.<br /><br />The car was damaged and the compensation is being negotiated between the car owner and the building's user.<br /><br />The video was provided by local media with permission.
