A homeowner in Calgary, Alberta managed to capture a supercell storm formation in an impressive timelapse.<br /><br />The footage shows the large storm cloud rotate as it passes through the area on July 5.<br /><br />The filmer told Newsflare: "I happened to be filming timelapse right up until the tornado alert was issued."
