Footage shows an adorable little Shih tzu enjoying a stomach scratch so much it could stand on its hind legs.<br /><br />Pet owner Cindy Dionisio de Castro visited her cousin in Manila, Philippines, on June 30, and witnessed how the three-year-old dog named Arkee stands on his hind legs to ask for stomach scratches.<br /><br />She said: "She is the most charming and sweet among his other siblings.
