Chicken Tikka Malai botti<br />Ingredients;<br />Chicken:2KG cut in 2” cubes <br />Onion medium size:1<br />Green Chili: 1<br />Garlic cloves:8-9<br />Ginger: 2” piece <br />Coriander leaves: 1 small bunch <br />Lemon juice: 4 tbs<br />Cream: 1/3 cup<br />Yogurt :1/2 cup<br />Tikka masala: 2tbs<br />White pepper: 1tsp<br />Black pepper: 1tsp<br />Pink salt : 1tbs or as to taste <br />Chinees salt: 1 tsp<br />Allspice powder:1/4 tsp<br />Melted butter: 3-4 tbs<br />Directions;<br />In blender, make paste of green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and onion’s.<br />In a bowl, add chicken and all ingredients except butter. Mix well and marinate for 2-3 hours.<br />Add melted butter before cooking. you can thread the chicken onto skewers ,<br />Add vegetable oil to a frying pan over medium heat, and fry them on all sides, cook until done Serve warm with garlic dip,<br /><br />BBQ on charcoal grill or bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins or until it’s done.<br /><br />Delicious Malai Boti is ready.<br />•<br />Ajzaa;<br />Piyaz darmiyany size ki :1 adad<br />Lehsan k jawey: 8-9 adad<br />Adrak : 2 inch ka piece <br />Hari mirch: 1 adad<br />Hara dhania:aadha cup ya aik chotti gathi<br />Lemon juice: 4 khany k chamach <br />Chicken: 2kilo 2 inch k tukron men kat Len <br />Dahee: aadha cup <br />Cream: aik tihai (1/3) cup<br />Tikka masala: 2khany ka chamach<br />Chinees salt : aik chai ka chamach <br />Kabab cheeni ka powder: aik chuthai (1/4) chai ka chamach <br />Makhan pighla howa: 3 sy 4 khany k chamach <br />Sufeid mirch :1 chai ka chamach<br />Kali mirch : 1 chai ka chamach <br />Himaliyan namak : 1 khany ka chamach ya hasb-e- zaiqa<br /> Tarkeeb;<br />Blender main hari mirch, dhania, lehsan adrak aur pyaz dal ker 2 chamach pani k sath paste bana ke alaihda rakh lain.<br />Ek bowl main chicken aur baki ajza shamil karlain (siwae makhan ke) Hara masaly ka paste bhi shamil kar lain.
