A cut-and-shut minivan was seen driving along a road with a trailer replacing the rear wheels.<br /><br />The metal frame had been welded onto the back of the mud-covered Hyundai people carrier in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. <br /><br />A shocked motorcycle rider noticed the dangerous vehicle on June 20.<br /><br />They said: ''The trailer was rusty and looked like it could break. If it snapped then the van would surely crash.'' <br /><br />Cut-and-shut cars are made by welding together to two old vehicles to make a new one.
