Occurred on November 4, 2018 / Hahira, Georgia, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "Gave my dog, Kaia, four peanut butter pancakes for her birthday and what we did not expect is that she would grab all four at once and swallow them whole. Though, in reality, she just chewed them up and swallowed them. She was not harmed in any way"
